The first step is behind us!
The following participants participated in the first form of support – identifying needs and potential. This is an extremely important step on the path to effective social and professional reintegration!
As part of the project, we create Individual Reintegration Pathways tailored to the specific needs of each individual. This holistic approach includes a diagnosis of the situation, an analysis of resources and predispositions, and the identification of specific development directions.
Participants receive:
• individual consultations with a career advisor and psychologist,
• analysis of experience and competences,
• support in defining professional goals and career path,
• recommendations for training and development activities.
We believe that a well-developed Individual Reintegration Path is a solid foundation for a lasting and satisfying career.
