OUR PROJECTS – Fundacja Instytut Edukacji
In Fundacja Instytut Edukacji, all our projects are the actual realization of our mission. All the projects implemented by us are carefully developed to fulfill needs and provide opportunities for people to improve their lives. Every individual should have an opportunity to realize his/her potential, and we consider it essential. With financial support received from European Social Fund programs, we offer high-quality trainings, consultations, and support that help to change people’s lives positively.
Current Projects
“Aktywność szansą na zmiany!” (Activity as a Chance for Change)
We are currently searching for volunteers to join our latest initiative: „Aktywność szansą na zmiany!” co-funded by the European Social Fund Plus through the regional project „Fundusze Europejskie dla Mazowsza 2021-2027”.
This program is tailored to target unemployed persons, professionally inactive citizens, and socially vulnerable citizens living in the strategic intervention zones of Ciechanów or Maków. The project particularly targets those citizens who are socially excluded on several levels, citizens who suffer from disabilities or serious impairments, citizens leaving institutions, citizens excluded on communication grounds, and citizens recently released from prisons.
There will be no costs involved for participation in this program. It provides support that involves vocational training, individual counseling, and help to get a job. This is an effort by us to make sure we help the least privileged individuals within our society become stable. Further details can be obtained by contacting us at asnz@instytut-edukacji.org or through telephone number 605 547 091.
“Kompas Kariery” (Career Compass)
Among the initiatives that we introduced was “Kompas Kariery” (Project No. RPOP.07.02.00-16-0035/18), which was conducted through the programme of European Funds between 2014-2020 in the Voivodeship of Opole. In this initiative, 3
The training covered three key professional tracks:
Office Worker with Logistics Elements: Participants learned to draft official correspondence, manage archives, and understand fundamental logistics operations .
Payroll and HR Administration: Training covered payroll preparation, wage determination, maintaining employee files, understanding working time regulations, and Polish Labour Code provisions .
Customer Service: Participants developed skills in customer service standards, client communication, and conflict resolution techniques
The concept itself of "Kompas Kariery" is an extremely useful diagnostic tool which helps one discover their true potential through assessing personality traits, interests, skills, and values to find the best career directions.
It is recommended for people from the age of 15 and beyond, for both younger individuals who have not yet entered the workforce and those who wish to make a professional transition even in their fifties.
It is not only about the actual training. For example, in Pasłęk we organized an important career fair with the help of the Youth Career Centre OHP. They were able to visit 4 thematic areas: “Development Compass”, which was related to CV writing and career counseling; “Entrepreneurship Horizon”, where participants met employers and learned more about business services; “Education Map”, which was dedicated to studying at university; and finally “Relaxation Zone” with vocational performances.
Completed Projects
“Wygraj życie!” (Win Life!)
Our successfully implemented project was co-financed by the European Funds and its main objective was to enhance the socio-professional activities and employment opportunities of 72 persons participating in the project, among whom were 44 women and 28 men.
It was aimed at providing adequate practical and motivational help for enhancing participants' living conditions. This included professional training based on individual needs, career consulting, internships at local companies, and assistance with finding employment. As the title of the project suggests, "Wygraj życie!" we consider that being equipped with necessary professional skills will give an opportunity to change one's life for the better.
“Stała ścieżka aktywności” (Constant Path of Activity)
The project was launched for the benefit of sixty people, thirty-six women and twenty-four men, who could fall into poverty and social isolation. The programme was aimed at supporting those who had no proper education and opportunities to join the workforce, thus helping them gain sustainable employment.
“Razem ku aktywności!” (Together Towards Activity)
The successful project benefited 48 people who did not have any job or profession, including some with disabilities and those lacking professional credentials. The project has been an expression of our inclusive approach to development by taking care of people with the biggest difficulties in entering the job market.
“Postaw na rozwój zawodowy” (Invest in Professional Development)
This project was implemented together with the Humaneo Association, and it was co-financed by the European Social Fund through the Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship. This initiative was aimed at offering professional development to individuals located in the Silesia region.
