WHO WE ARE AND WHY WE EXIST

Fundacja Instytut Edukacji was founded in 2018 with the realization of a necessity for an effective solution that would address all issues related to education, science, and vocational guidance in Poland.

While our activities take place in Bielsko-Biała, our influence spreads far beyond this city to cover the whole country and even international areas due to our collaboration with both Polish and foreign partners. Being registered with the KRS 0000735639, Fundacja Instytut Edukacji is a nonprofit organization that strives to create an active and economically prospering society.

Our Core Mission

The belief at the center of our mission is that education is the ultimate form of change. Our organization believes that knowledgeable, educated individuals will be essential for the functioning of an effective democracy, efficient economy, and equitable society. The mission of our organization is shaped by this philosophy.

It should also be understood that our mission does not revolve around educational activities only confined to classrooms and academic institutions. Education, in our view, is much broader than this. It encompasses learning throughout life, professional development, civic engagement, and acquiring the skills required to survive in the modern world. Our aim is to make citizens more aware and involve society in economic development.

Our Strategic Pillars

Our mission is built on four interconnected pillars that guide our work:

1. Development

We engage in activities and initiatives to ensure social and economic development in our country. It involves fostering institutional development, fostering innovation, and developing the human and technical capabilities required to carry out development research and development, technological transfer, and innovative approaches.

It is our belief that economic development should work towards the betterment of people by giving them the opportunity to contribute.

2. Activity

The activation of society in a professional manner, promoting employment, and promoting volunteering together with its organization is key for us. We cooperate with people at any stage of their career, from those who enter the job market to those that want to upgrade themselves or change their profession.

In our projects like "Wygraj życie!" and "Kompas Kariery" we provide administrative training and customer service training so that the participants feel more confident and thus better themselves both personally and professionally.

We promote corporate social responsibility and encourage entrepreneurs to consider themselves as partners in development of their community.

3. Integration

Promoting all movements in favor of European integration, freedom, and human rights is one of the basic components of our identity. We contribute to the exchange of experience and information within the various sectors of economic activity, as well as in relation to partners not only in Poland but also from abroad.

We engage with domestic and international partners who uphold the same values and goals as we do, creating links between communities and encouraging a common feeling of European citizenship. Additionally, we aim at promoting equal rights for women and men because real integration presupposes equality.

4. Protection

Engagement in activities for protecting and promoting good health and charity work is part of our dedication to the health of people and society at large. We encourage physical culture and sport activities because we believe a healthy nation is productive and happy.

Charity work serves people in need, whereas health-promoting activities educate people about healthy lifestyles and prevention.

How We Achieve Our Mission

The tasks of the mission are carried out in the following ways:

Information, Promotion, Training, and Consultancy Services: We pass on information, give advice, and conduct various trainings for individuals and organizations.

Research and Analysis: We perform socio-economic analysis, labor market research, human resource research, among others.

International Cooperation: We cooperate with other countries through the exchange of experiences and knowledge in our field of expertise.

Project Management: We implement projects aimed at achieving the statutory goals of our mission, which are usually co-funded by EU resources.

Workshops and Conferences: We hold meetings, lectures, conferences, where we pass information, gather statistics, and conduct discussions in areas related to our mission.

Scholarships and Financial Aid: We give assistance to individuals or organizations through scholarships, grants, and other types of financial aid.

Our mission may seem difficult, but we have been inspired by the sense of duty and conviction behind it. We are experienced specialists coming together to deliver the ultimate level of professionalism.
